One of the many great aspects of being the only guy wedding consultant in the are is (usually) being the only guy at lunches with the ladies
Most of my colleagues are women and occasionally we get to tear ourselves away and have lunch (or in today’s case breakfast), and discuss what we do, and what we see as coming trends.
And, contrary to popular belief- most of us get along, we actually share some ideas and get to help each other out in those times we are sick, or need a hand.
Today several of us got together and had an amazing breakfast meeting” nothing like breakfast at the Four Seasons Thanks Daniel, as always you are gracious host.
Then I got to do my second favorite thing a cake tasting with a client
Do we see a trend? Can you tell I like to eat?
Just part of being a chef for so long appreciation of good food and good friends
Mark, my love. Hello! I miss you and am always wondering what you’re up to over there on the Right Coast. Now with your new B-L-O-G I can check in on occasion and see which projects you’re working on. Breakfast at the Four Seasons is a great start to work day! Love it. Love you. An Online Diary…. Indeed. Who knew we would be doing such a thing in 2006. I concur, you are not a consultant who should trouble himself with doing ‘stuff’… That’s my department (tee-hee-hee). Do send them in my direction.

Oh how I miss you! This post reminds me all the times we\’ve had dinner together – I am still craving those pastries from Termini Bros. So when are we having some breakfast at the Four Seasons?
