I'm a graduate of Shippensburg University, with a degree in Public Relations and a double minor in Business and Spanish, but I've always loved entertaining and logistical planning and I've always wanted to fuse those interests with a career in the event industry.
I decided to pursue the wedding consulting program at Temple University and spent years learning alongside my professional mentor, Mark Kingsdorf. I continue to learn about the latest trends in event management and design through professional development seminars and conferences.
My passion and enthusiasm for the industry is evident in the events I plan with my brides and grooms. I combine an attention to detail, bright personality, and eye for style with my client’s vision to allow them to truly enjoy their wedding, one that is uniquely theirs, unforgettable and stress-free. Throughout my years with The Queen of Hearts Wedding Consultants, I have directed numerous multi-cultural and inter-denominational weddings, finding unique ways to weave elements of each culture and faith into the events.
My regular attendance at local industry meetings for the Association of Bridal Consultants and International Special Events Society, keeps me well connected with the best wedding professionals in the industry. These connections have allowed me to pair my clients with the professionals that will best suit their budget, and unique style and personality.
My work has been featured in Nouveau Magazine, Philadelphia Wedding Magazine, MunaLuchi Bridal, Huffington Post and the Baltimore Sun. I am a contributor to the Wedding Planners Magazine and have contributed to stories for WHYY and the Knot Magazine. I'm co-director of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Bridal Consultants and I'm proud to be the founding Marketing Board Member of Wish Upon A Wedding Philadelphia.
